We have been fortunate for 26 years of pet owning to always have family available to take care of our dogs. My first experience with Rover thanks to Nicole is no different than a family member. Nicole was professional from the moment we met her! You could clearly tell she was a natural animal lover. We have a 9 year old and an 11 month old so the extreme age difference is quite a challenge. During the meet and greet with Nicole we could tell this was a win for us. A pre-visit with basic instructions (which I don't think she needed but made us feel better!) is all that it took. She updated us with pictures and texts, most importantly respected our home as it was her own. We can not say enough about Nicole and what a wonderful vacation we were able to have thanks to her.
