She was available and accepted my last minute 1.5 month sitting request. Took notes when she came over for the meet and greet and asked questions. She even went to the vet and picked my dogs meds up. My senior had two separate meds he needed to take a day and she had no worries about it. I’m so thankful after my previous Rover experience. I thought I’d never use rover again. Literally trashed it and caught it on fire and caused thousands of dollars in damage. Their “cousin” was photographed by my neighbor breaking into my car, cigarettes burns everywhere, broken bathroom mirror, broken dishes, and ghosted on repayment. Used all of my shower products, their hair dye covered my tub, I could never get a timely response from them. Neglected my animals, did not walk or feed them on schedule. I lost all hope I’d be able to travel again until I met Nicole. She’s a professional that can be counted on. She sent pictures of my cat snuggling with her and my cat does not snuggle! This was a great sign! I know if my cat will sit on her lap she’s a winner!
