Nikki provided fantastic care to my dogs Lucy and Toby, one of which I consider special needs. She sent me daily updates videos too. She even shared some advice that I really appreciate to manage Toby's separation anxiety. Her dog shelter experience really shines through. Punctual in returning a response to my texts. I really think the house was cleaner when we got home than when we left!!! She even washed the sheets and remade the bed so we could just climb in after a long day of travel. Most importantly the kids were very calm when we returned. That shows me they received excellent care. Thanks Nikki
