Nicole is so professional, sweet, put together and made this an enjoyable and stress-free time for me and my puppy. When she discovered how high energy my dog is, she even had her husband take him on a six mile bike ride! I’ve never trusted a non familial person with my dog overnight, but I definitely trust Nicole!

We loved Nicole, and more importantly, so did our dogs! She kept us up to date with their goings-on with daily pictures and/or videos. She listened carefully to our instructions and read our notes concerning our dogs' personalities and idiosyncrasies. We have two chihuahua mixes who are well-behaved and, of course, have their own quirks and 'tudes. They seemed to blend right into her home and they got along brilliantly with her own dogs and cat. Our dogs were really chill and happy when we picked them up, and took no time at all to re-settle into their routine at home. Sometimes, it can take a day or two for our more sensitive dog to feel relaxed and himself again after we've been away. Not so with this trip! They were like, "Hey that was fun!" And "Oh! You're back!" Nicole appreciates the trust a person puts in a pet sitter. Nicole, her sweet teenaged daughter and her cheerful hubby gave our pups a wonderful place to stay, play and rest their furry heads at night. We will entrust Nicole next time we are away, whether just for a day or for a long trip. Thanks Nicole!
