Pet care experience
I am an Art Therapist, Liscensed Professional Counselor, and Artist. I am an adventurous person by nature who loves exploring the outdoors and having a four legged friend to share it with. I worked for a popular veterinary hospital for a year as a receptionist in both general medicine and emergency care. In that position, I learned basic emergency triage skills. I am sensitive to the needs of both the pet owner and pet. I have owned two small dogs at separate times for 16 and 7 years each. I am currently available full time to provide my dog care services. My intuition is a key skill that I use in working with both people and caring for animals. I am collaborative person who will want to work with you to make sure you receive the care you are needing for your furry family member.

Recent empty nesters and with a very busy life style between work and family, we knew we would need some extra help with our two older dogs. I visited the Rover website on an off for over a year before I finally took the next step and reached out to Nicole through Rover . She responded right away to my request, she asked great questions and responded to my as well; we arranged to meet long before my requested service date. My dogs really enjoyed meeting Nicole and responded eagerly to her calm, kind nature. A few days before our trip, Nicole followed up to make sure we were going ahead with our plans. The day of our trip, she sent us photos of our pups out in the yard, coats on, looking happy. She called to ask a question not covered in our earlier conversations. We found happy two happy pups at home waiting for us later that night. We plan on calling her again! She put us at ease and provided a reliable, and caring service.
Nicole was great! She responding to all emails very promptly as we were arranging service, she took the time to meet our dogs and asked very good questions. Prior to our trip she checked in to see if we had any changes, or additional concerns. She let us know when she visited and sent pictures of her visit. She even called with a concern she had while she was visiting. It was so good to know that we had found someone so caring and willing to go the extra mile for our fur babies. We look forward to working with her again!
Nicole is the epitamy of an animal lover, especially dogs. She not only loves dogs, she has years of experience raising her own dogs and training them.
