Compassionate care for your pets

Pet care experience

I have a lot of experience with many different types of animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters as well as fish. It would be really amazing to have the opportunity to learn about chickens, horses, or any other animal that is less common here on Rover. If you need care for the less common animals I would love to work with you and learn as much as I can so that I am able to provide more services to clients in need. I use compassion and science combined to provide love and care to each animal that I look after. It is very important that your pet is seen on an individual level as well as understood by the specific animal type and breed. I value your furry friend and want to provide the absolute most nurturing care possible. I have experience in all ages and breeds of dogs and cats. I am able to provide oral medications as well as syringe. I am knowledgeable on animal behaviors as well as behaviors patterns and corrections. Currently I am starting my own business in coaching and personal training. As a single mother to my children, pet sitting fits in perfectly with my schedule. I have the ability to create my schedule, leaving me with the freedom to meet your needs as a pet parent! I treat all living creatures with love, respect, and compassion. I offer kindness and love, putting the needs of your beloved pet as a priority. I am reliable and willing to learn how to meet you and your pets needs. As the pet parent, you know your pet best of all and I will listen to what you want and need. I believe in open and authentic communication and will make it a priority to connect with you and send you updates on your furry friends. Having peace of mind knowing your pet is safe and healthy will leave you able to exhale and maybe even help you enjoy your time away. If you are looking for a sitter who values trust, compassion, and wellbeing, we will make a great fit!

Nicole was wonderful to work with! She immediately put me at ease, asking very thoughtful questions to understand my cat's normal routine and behaviors. While I was away, she kept me in the loop with regular updates about how everything was going -- she even let me know that a bear had gotten in my trash, even going so far as to clean up the mess! Most importantly, she took great care of my cat, giving her lots of attention and ensuring she was as happy and comfortable as possible while I was away. I will absolutely rebook with Nicole in the future -- she's great!

Nicole’s reviews were so good that we felt safe having her look after our pup. Our dog was clearly well cared for. Nicole’s kids made quick friends with our dog & when we picked her up she was happy & well. We’d definitely trust Nicole with our dog again.

I would love to know your pet’s temperament, health conditions, history, schedule, family dynamics, vet information for emergencies, favorite toys and games, as well as anything you feel is important to share with me.

A typical day

Stimulating an animals mind is so important for them. I like to play games that encourage the dog to use their senses as well as cognitive thinking. Animals have strong intuitive instincts and problem solving skills, it’s vital we stimulate the parts of the brain that release their feel good chemicals, as well as help them retain their brain functioning as they grow and developed all the way through to aging. A bored dog will begin to lose interests and decline in their daily lifestyle habits. My job is to provide nurturing and healthy stimulations and engage your dog in activities suitable for their breed and age.
