I have been taking care of household pets since childhood. My mother started raising seeing-eye dogs for the blind when I was 5 years old, and my family has always had a cat colony since before I was even born. I was always involved in the day to day training and raising those dogs, and have a strong understanding of the important tasks involved with doggy care, from training to bathroom to patience and understanding. When I was 8 years old, I began rescuing abandoned kittens - bottle-feeding and caring for kittens as young as eight days old to ensure their survival and flourishing. I have also taken care of cats on the other end of life, making sure pets had an easy and loving transition to senior years and beyond. The caretaking of animals has greatly shaped me today. It would be my absolutely pleasure to take care of your cat and/or dog - including feeding, playing, administering medicine, soothing nervous animals, and really treating your pet with respect and dignity, like a member of your family and my own. I am an early riser, so mornings are never an issue for me. Icurrently work from home, so my schedule can be flexible to accommodate your afternoon needs. I am generally always available weeknights and weekends. I maintain a clean and calm household at all times. People always compliment my cat on how relaxed she is, but I credit the environment we cultivate.
