Patient and accommodating- they were so helpful with both my anxiety of leaving Brody for a whole week and Brody's anxiety at being in a new space with new animals and people. I felt at ease while at my work training that Brody was safe, comfortable, and loved. I received multiple daily photos from the family showing me different ways Brody was in the home. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Nicole was so understanding and sympathetic when I dropped off my 4 month old pup - it was my first time leaving her and it was tough! She sent at least two pics each day of the visit, along with updates on how great she was doing and what a pleasure she was to have around. I don't know why I was worried - Nicole is the best :)
Nicole watched my french bulldog / boston terrier Luna while my wife and I went out of town for a long weekend. She sent us lots of great photos of Luna exploring and having fun. Their place is great for dogs; there's a fenced-in area out back where they can play together. When I came to pick her up, Luna seemed bummed to leave. Great experience.
