I have known Nicole for several years, and quite honestly - I have never met anyone like her before/since. She has unique and rare qualities - She is honest / kind / thoughtful / gentle / professional and most of all reliable. But that's only scratching the surface. She is a "force" that can only be compared to pure energy. Her mind moves fast and is able to grasp the solution to even the most difficult obstacles - fairly easily. It really is quite something to watch her work. She is diligent about her work and is serious about achieving her goals. But that's not what makes her rare and unique - the reason is: She is focused / determined and loyal. She is willing to go the extra mile without 1 extra beed of sweat or any signs of grief.
