Pet care experience
Hi! I recently graduated from college in Boston and am happy to be back exploring the mountains in the NW. I'd love to get to know your pup and take them on some adventures with me! I have been pet-sitting since I was nine years old, and am particularly fond of large dogs, but I've grown to love the little guys too. I'm comfortable working with reactive dogs and am happy to help with any training. Through working in veterinary clinics and animal rescues, I've become familiar with basic training methods and common veterinary issues and treatments, so I can make sure you're dog is always happy and safe. If your dog isn't the adventuring type, that's okay, I'll make sure to give them lots of love just the same. I work full time M-F, but am free evenings and weekends.

Nicole was a fantastic dog and house sitter while we were away for 5 days. Right from the Meet and Greet, we could tell that she was calm and comfortable with Mara. Nicole handled Mara's separation anxiety well, and Mara definitely seemed comfortable when we came home. Nicole was very easy to communicate with and kept our house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend her and would definitely book her again!
Nicole did a fantastic job taking care of my pets and house. She was responsible, clean, thoughtful and fully present. She spent quality time with the animals and gave my big, energetic dog all the exercise he needs. I will definitely book with Nicole again.

Nicole did an amazing job watching my pup Luna while I was away for 6 days. She thoughtfully listened when I explained Luna’s routine and training. She also went above and beyond by taking her on a hike and sending me pictures and updates. Finally, she left my apartment clean and tidy. I will definitely use Nicole again and would recommend her to anyone in need of an overnight pup sitter. Especially if your pup has a lot of energy and loves an adventure!

I would like to know if they are reactive (to dogs/other animals/people etc.) so that I can be ready for anything. I'd also like to know if there are any medications I would need to administer (I'm more than happy to do so), any allergies and restrictions they may have, and what their typical walk schedule is.
A typical day
If I could spend my days doing one thing, it would be running through the mountains with dogs, but when I have to, I'll settle for walking (or running!) with dogs in the city. I love wandering through the many wonderful parks in Seattle, and try to hike or trail run in the central and North Cascades whenever possible. In addition to lots of long walks, I'll take your dog to the dog park (of course only if they like it/are good with other dogs), go on runs, attempt to best your pooch at tug o' war, practice any training you might be working on, and of course give them lots and lots of cuddles.
