Nicole was perfect! I have one dog who is pretty nervous around people and he warmed up to Nicole quickly. Once warmed up, he’s a lover and Nicole did a great job making sure both dogs were given attention. She made sure to communicate every day, and sent pictures. She was also very respectful to my house and left it like no one even stayed here. And when my flight got delayed, Nicole was able to come back over and help with the dogs until I was able to get home. Will definitely be using her again.

Nicole did an amazing job with our pets. We had her house sit for 2 weeks, which is the longest we’ve been away from our pups and she gave us peace of mind so we did not have to worry. On top of that this was not the typical Rover ask, as one of our pups is on medication right now that requires sticking to a strict schedule and causes frequent bathroom breaks. Nicole not only administered all the medication but went out to pick up a refill of one of them while we were away. We also have Guinea pigs which is an extra ask to feed and clean their cage. They eat fresh veggies everyday and we could not stock up on enough to last the 2 weeks, so she went out to replenish those as well. On top of that our flight was delayed getting home, so she agreed last minute to stay for a few hours longer. Overall she did an amazing job with our pets, took immaculate care of our house, and dealt with all the inconvenience of a long term stay in a house that we just moved into and hadn’t had a chance to fully unpack. We would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again if she’s available.
