I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life and began sitting and fostering animals more than 15 years ago. I also have experience volunteering for a rescue organization. I love all sizes and ages. I live in a great neighborhood for dog walking and my back yard is great for pups who like to zoom (we are always with them). I work from home and I’m pretty flexible. I’m a firm believer in being honest, respectful and dependable. I only accept one household at a time so your pet(s) only have to share space with my two cats.

Nicole babysat both my dogs, Bit and Bella, in her home while I had to travel for work. My two fur babies are seniors and Bit is blind AND diabetic...so they can be a lot to handle. But, Nicole did it with style and grace. She sent updates every day with video and photos...she gave Bit insulin twice a day and his eyedrops...no problems. She has a beautiful fenced in back yard with a doggy door...and so even though my "kids" are house dogs, they could go outside and sunbathe if they wanted to and they had a safe space to go potty. She is a very gifted animal person and I highly recommend her for old, spoiled fur babies!

We have a pet door and a fenced back yard but will close up the door for visitors. I am diligent about leash use and clean up when I’m dog walking. I can block off a room with a pet gate as needed. I’ve given meds and treats as directed by owners, no problem. And I’m happy to help potty train or crate train! I have terrazzo floors, so accidents are easy to clean up.

My yard has a chain link fence with lots of mature landscape. If your pup is a jumper or escape artist, I need to know.
A typical day
I do have a great fenced yard for a pooch who is visiting and I like being out back with them. My neighborhood is fantastic for dog walking. It’s very safe with lots of options, including a wide path to Safety Harbor or a scenic route to several softball fields.

Availability
I work from home M-F from 8:30 to 5:30 so day sitting work fine for me. I like to take breaks in the back yard with my four legged friends or go for a walk on my lunch break. At night, I tend to sit and stretch on the floor and give visiting pets a lot of attention.
