Nicole was amazing! This was my first time using Rover AND the first time I had to leave my fur babies for an extended period of time. When I initially reached out to her she was very responsive and super accommodating which I really appreciated. She was such a sweetheart and made me feel at ease about leaving my two pups with her. I was gone for about a week and she was great about sending me updates, pics, videos, and just checking in even when I didn't get a chance to reach out. I really appreciated that as well because it gave me peace of mind knowing they were ok especially being so far away. Nicole and her bf were great and I will definitely be reaching out to them again if the need comes up and if they'll have them again. :) Thanks Nicole! <3
