OMG! This girl service it’s amazing!! She takes such a good care of my precious Lilly and it’s available to answers questions and give answers right away. I had used her service four times in this year and they had been for long time and she always keep me posted with pictures or any issue with my Lilly. Nicole was everything we could have hoped for in a pet sitter, and then some. Our dog is like our child, and we have never left him with a pet sitter before who he didn't know - and we were very worried about the whole process. Although our dog is VERY skiddish and afraid of other people, he immediately took to her at the meet and greet and even took a treat from her hand. She has that "dog lover" vibe that I believe dogs immediately pick up on and connect with. During our trip, Nicole gave up daily updates on how everything was going and made us feel so relieved that everything was going fine. By the end of the week, she was sending us pictures of the two of them snuggling together. She also cared for our cats and gave us updates on them as well. Nicole's amazingness enabled us to relax and enjoy our vacation, knowing our family member was in good hands. I can't even express how grateful we are to Nicole, and we will definitely be booking her again next time we go away.
