I could not have picked a better sitter than Nicole. She takes pet sitting very seriously and it's apparent in the first meeting. She had a litany of questions from vet info to favorite hiding places, all to make sure she looked after my furry one in accordance with my wishes and to make sure she knew what to do in the event anything unexpected happened. There was an unexpected snafu with my home and Nicole went above and beyond to not only communicate what was going on, but also take care of the situation, as though it was her own home. Nicole is clearly a cat expert and I felt very comfortable leaving things to her discretion, knowing she would do whatever was in my pet's best interest. I definitely believe that she cared for and looked after my pet as though she were her own. Nicole responded nearly immediately to every communication and at no point did I feel even remotely out of the loop. Nicole is an excellent sitter and I would ask her to pet sit again in a heartbeat.
