My background is in Social Work and I work for the school board. I have loved animals as long as I can remember and have been a parent to 3 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, many fish and a cat. I can care for dogs, and or cats. My current dog Shelby was trained as a visitation dog with PALS pets in Calgary and visited the children's hospital bi-weekly. I will cater to your needs and your pet will feel like part of our family. We send a lot of spare time exploring the many trails and beaches in beautiful Nanaimo. In addition to our activities, I understand that each pet is unique and will receive their own one on one time with me to make them feel confident and comfortable in our pack. In addition, I have trained to learn the languages of dogs and understand their many 'Cues' they give in different situations.
