I'm an experienced dog lover having volunteered at our local shelter, fostering, and always having at least one dog since I was a kid. My love is my 8 yr old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rory McPoops. With her heart murmur, I have to give her 8 pills a day, so administering meds is not a problem. Rory is very mild mannered, and while name tag says "I like to party!", she's actually the most easy to get along with, non-rowdy, pet ever!! I do crate mine while I'm out, but only use a crate as a means to provide their own space and safety while I'm gone, never as a means to punish.
