I’ll love them like they were mine!
Pet care experience
I grew up with at least two dogs in my household at all times, but don’t currently have a dog of my own. I’ve spent time fostering puppies and dog sitting for friends, so this seemed like a natural next step! I absolutely love dogs and have a lot of experience caring for them. While my lifestyle doesn’t allow for me to comfortably have a dog of my own, I’m excited at the chance to help out others and get my doggie fix at the same time! While I work full time during the day, I’m only 15 minutes from my home and could easily make it back for potty breaks. I live along the Mt. Vernon trail, the perfect spot for a nice long walk or run! My condo is a one bedroom with a variety of floor types, suitable for any dog. Also, I love talking photos and sending updates if that is something you’d enjoy!

Nicole took care of our French bulldog for an entire week. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. She really made our pup feel at home.
Nicole was a fabulous sitter. We received daily updates, and she truly loved our dog. You know it’s a successful visit when the sitter is practically in tears when she says goodbye to your dog.
I had the opportunity to witness Nicole's love of dogs firsthand when we lived with our furry friend Max, a part pitbull/part boxer pup. Max was our other roommate's dog, but Nicole treated him as if he were her own! Every day when she got home from work, Nicole would let Max out and play with him for awhile before our roommate came home. She truly cared about the well-being of that high energy dog, and he just loved her! His favorite thing to do was curly up on her bed with her whenever she was home. Beyond that, I have also had the chance to see Nicole interact with other pups that have come into her life as fosters or just for a weekend stay and I can attest that she treats them all with sincere love and care. I know that your pet will be in GREAT hands with Nicole!
Nicole and I met through craigslist: she had just bought her condo and she was looking for someone to sublease her room in her old apartment. There was a catch: the other roommate staying had a dog, and he's what got me moving there. Nicole would always come over to visit Max, a 1.5 year old husky mix that had enough energy to make the three of us tired. In her new home, she had enough space to shelter dogs before going to adoption, and I can testify how carrying, dedicated, patient and instructed she is to host, pet, walk and giver her love to dogs. Due to our busy schedules we don't see each other that often, but whenever she is hosting a new dog she invites me over to meet them and take away some of the withdrawal of no longer living with Max. I would trust Nicole with my dogs without ever doubting.
