From dogs to bunnies to horses!
Pet care experience
Growing up on a farm, I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals! I ran my own drop-in and overnight pet care business for 2 summers while I was an undergraduate in college. I have administered medication and am comfortable with all animals. I have two dogs and three horses of my own at home in Virginia. So while I am doing Graduate work in Pittsburgh I would love to be able to use some of my free time to take care of your four legged friend(s)! I do graduate classes online due to COVID-19, so my schedule is flexible in between classes on Tuesdays and Thursday’s. On Wednesday’s I am at a UPMC Rehabilitation Center from 8-5. Friday-Monday are free! My apartment would not be available for home services as my roommate is allergic. I however would be able to take the pet to vet appointments or grooming appointments etc. in my car.

We were gone from for approximately 1.5 days. Tucker was so well cared for and seemed so content when we arrived home. No doubt he enjoyed his walks and time with his sitter. Nicole is a gem!
I have known Nicole for over 10 years as a close friend and equestrian teammate. I have always admired her compassionate nature, patience, and dedication when working with animals at the farm, and with her own dogs. She is not only caring but knowledgeable as well. She has had her own dogs for all the years that I have known her, and has cared for them as they have grown older in age, and require more special care. Having experience with pet sitting before, Nicole is someone that I would trust to care for my own animals. Nicole is reliable, and someone who I always feel that I can count on. I believe that she has all the qualities that you should trust an excellent pet caregiver would have.

Availability
Available Friday- Monday. I take classes online for Graduate school so I have breaks between classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays during which I usually try to get out of my apartment for some fresh air! The breaks are from 11-1 and after 4pm. So even if I am marked as unavailable those days I can still come check-in on/walk your pet!
