As a young child I've always had a passion for animals. I was that child that saved the chipmunks that would fall into our window well, or the baby birds that lost there nest in a bad rain storm. To the cats that would wonder over to our house from the cornfield, or the lost dogs I would find and reunite them with there owners. About, 18 years old my father let me have my very own dog. I named Athena. She was a pit bull. She was like my child. We did everything together. From going on long walks, to playing fetch, going on car rides, learning tricks, to even just laying on the couch watching T.V. From then on I've always had animals. To this day I have a German Shepherd named Chief, 2 French bulldogs (Minnie and Dozer) Minnie has now passed 2/13/2020, 2 Dachshunds (Olive and Sapphire), and a cat named Elsa. My pets are a big part of my family's life. Pets become your companions. Their like your children. I know how it is to love them so much you want what’s best for them.
