Border collie experienced! Each pet is unique in their needs, behaviour and personality. I like to know every detail about the pet and what works from their parents' point of view, and what doesn't.

This was my first time leaving my 3 month puppy overnight with someone else. Nicole is a very sweet, kind person. I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her and her lovely 8 year old daughter and had no doubt they would care for him like their own pet. They prepared a comfy crate for him to sleep in which was really thoughtful and made sure to walk him and shower him with love. My puppy is high energy and rambunctious but she was very patient with him and handled him well. He was really happy when I picked him up! Would absolutely recommend and am looking forward to our next stay with them.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors. I am happy to hear all the details because I know this is important. For the safety of all, I may not be able to take on dogs that are strong pullers on leash.
A typical day
Time outdoors and spent together are great fun. Walking the neighbourhood or walking the Long Lake Park trails are personal favorites. Fetch can be exciting for some dogs. Interacting and following activity commands can be fun for some dogs, too. Lots of love, ear scratches and deep conversations.

Availability
I work full time, M-F, 9-5, flexibly. After work and weekend walks work best for me but early morning and mid day checkins/potty breaks may be possible.
