Nicole was wonderful ! She was incredibly communicative, and very thoughtful with us and our dog. Honey was very happy and relaxed with her. Nicole was also understanding and empathetic with us about our nervousness because it was our first time leaving our dog with someone he did not know. Nicole was great. Since 2009, Nicole has taken care of our sweet Maltese many times when we have gone on vacation. She is wonderful with animals and such a lovely person. She has been vigilant and responsible, and great about giving medications as needed. Sometimes she would even send him home freshly bathed! She has a wealth of experience both with single dogs (like us) and in multiple dog situations. I have even called her to ask her for advice when thinking about adding another dog to our family. Nicole is conscientious, honest, and kind. I highly recommend her for any type of pet care, and I would trust her with my furry family members anytime.
