Nicole did a great job taking care of Pete and Ella. She met them ahead of time to get to know them a bit, understand their habits, learn about their meds and ensure everything was set for our overnight trip. Nicole watched luke while we went out of state. I can honestly say she took the best care of him. He is a senior dog and had some issues. She couldn't get a hold of me in the middle of the night and went ahead and took him to an emergency vet. Then made sure he was as comfortable as he could possibly be during the rest of his stay. She even played classical music for him. Can't ask for much more than that. I would trust her without a doubt to provide great care for any dog.
Nicole was FANTASTIC!! This was the first time I had been away all day from my 4.5-month-old puppy and she is timid around some dogs, so I was a bit concerned for her well-being. Nicole instantly recognized Dixie's energy level and took her out to play fetch and romp several times during the day. Also, Nicole sent updates and photos throughout the day which gave me a tremendous sense of comfort that things were going well. When I arrived to pick up Dixie, she was sleeping soundly in her bed; and when she did get up, she laid at Nicole's feet while we talked. That tells me she bonded with Nicole immediately and Dixie received the exercise she craves to be a good puppy!! We definitely will use Nicole again. Thanks Nicole!!
