For the Love of Dog!

Pet care experience

Golden Retrievers are our absolute favorite, but all puppers will be loved on regardless of golden glitter or not! As long as your pup is child-friendly, and other pets-friendly, everything will go off without a hitch! We have more than 25 years of experience working with dogs. We have 2 very active, dog-lovin' daughters (a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old), a 3-year-old golden retriever(Molly), and an 11-year-old beagle(Crosby) who would be fun companions to your pet! When we have your pup, we will enjoy walking the neighborhood(Dependent on the weather and the doggos activity level), and going to Parks to walk, and Lots of home cuddling! (Due to the risk of safety, we do not frequent dog parks with Rover dogs). My daughters and I love to cuddle all of the pups! During the school year, I teach and am away for work from 7:15-4:30 but my hubs works from home, so your pup will rarely be alone! During nice weather, the backdoor is left open for pups to come and go as they please into the fully fenced, turfed backyard. I’m available all day, every day during summer as well as during holiday breaks and weekends! We can give oral meds as needed! Let us know what needs your pet may have, and we will do our best to achieve them! We know how difficult it is to leave your pup, so we will take pictures and videos of our time with them; I will treat and love your pup as if it were my own! We have TASTE OF THE WILD pet food, so if for some reason you forget food, we offer this! It is grain-free, BISON or SALMON meat. We also have 2 additional crates for pups under 40 lbs If they need to be in a crate (only if crate trained) just in case we would need to leave. My drop off and pick up time is preferably around 4:00-5:30 pm, or sooner, but we're very flexible! I expect all pets to be potty trained and housebroken with no chewing incidents. If there is a great amount of damage done, we will talk about reimbursement.

After a long stay our dog is back with Nicole and her family for doggy daycare! He LOVES being there. He is safe, well cared for, and with their yard and dogs he is well exercised! Happy doggo, happy mama 💗

Nicole took phenomenal care of our Golden, he was well exercised, loved, and safe. One of our first times leaving him for an extended period and Nicole made it stress free with lots of communication and pictures. If you are looking for a reliable care giver who will love your dog as their own, you’ve found them! We’ll be back.

This was the lfirst time our dog stayed with Nicole and her family and we hope she can watch him in the future. She had great communication, from our initial visit to our pick up. She sent us daily updates and asked questions when needed. Great environment for dogs — we weren’t sure ours even wanted to come home. We highly recommend Nicole!

Your pet MUST get along well with other dogs and young children! PLEASE be sure your pet is housebroken and doesn’t have potty or poopy accidents. Your pet will go out 1x every 2-3 hours. In summer, fall, and spring, we like to leave the backdoor open for fresh air, so Pets can come and go as they please.

We will frequent the neighborhood sidewalks or a hiking trail. We do not attend dogparks with our guests. We love to play tug-a-rope, catch, and we LOVE to cuddle your pets!

My husband works from home, therefore can let the doggos out to use the restroom throughout the day. Depending on needs or desires, he can walk them during the day as well. Everyone is up by 7:30, outside then breakfast. Depending on dog needs, we can do walks after breakfast. We hang out throughout the day, we have dinner around 5:00 pm, cuddle time, and 1 walk before bed. If we are off, we like to hike. Depending on the doggy, we can take them along.
