0 stars, I was really looking forward to nicole watching our little pup. My first experience with her was not ideal. Set up a 7 am to 5pm dog sit, and nicole didn't bother to show up, or give any notice of being late/not coming. Just ghosted for the appointment. Tried several times to reach her and nothing. I dont recommend using nicole at all. I hope I have a better experience with rovers sitters. Rover made amends, but again I wont be using nicole.

I have a cat at home who is the house manager. He is a high maintenance pet and has equipped me to deal with other high maintenance pets. Out of habit I do not open doors without blocking it with my body, and I have an eagle eye for things on the floor/sidewalk that should not be ingested.
