Pet care experience
I have been a responsible pet owner to cats, dogs, fish, rodents and birds. In my home we have two blue heelers - Artemis and Remington; three adult cats - Mittens, Padfoot & Scout, as well as a 40g fish tank. As well as a part time carer to my moms 7 year old shepard Sadie. I enjoy visits to the various dog parks Edmonton and Sherwood Park have to offer, I sometimes will spend the morning playing fetch with the chuck-it or frisbee or just have a good walk around where the dogs can have free play and socialization with other people and their dogs. I'm a work from home mom who can happily take in a furry friend to provide socialization and exercise during the day while their mom/dad are busy at work. I'm close to Jackie Parker park and Deermound, my home also has a large fenced in yard backing onto a ravine I can provide all the scritches and treats - store bought or home-made I can be fairly flexible for walks and/or drop ins. My house provides a large fenced yard that backs onto the ravine with plenty of space to run around. My two ACD dogs are more than willing to keep your fur baby entertained throughout the day - running, wrestling or sunbathing. I also have a large crate available if needed, however it is not necessary as we are a couch and bed friendly home for all the snuggles.

A typical day
I typically stop at Jackie Parker or Deer Mound dog parks for nice long off leash walks, and in the summer months for a change in scenery and cleaner swimming water I like to head to Terwillegar. I also have a large variety of chew toys, slow feeders, store-bought and home made treats.

Availability
I have a flexible work from home schedule and typically take my dogs for a 1-2 hour walk mid-morning and/or early evening. We frequent Jackie Parker Park, Deer Mound, and sometimes Terwilliger in the summer months. Otherwise there are plenty of walking paths around the neighbourhood and ravine.
