Hi! I am back on Rover full time! My last job didn’t allow the time for it but I am back and excited to care for your pups. About me: My name is Nicole, and I've had dogs since I was too young to remember (lots of Cavaliers, first pup was a Bernese Mountain Dog). Henry is some sort of Tibbie/Shepherd mix. I can't live without them! I've volunteered with rescues before (lots of boxers). I work from home, and two days a week I do visits to seniors in their homes for a few hours (I would be gone for 3 hours max, come home and walk pups). I am only in the office only on Tuesdays (half day). The pup I had before Henry- her name was Goldie, had an enlarged heart and experienced syncope daily for her last year. We had 12 years together- she was 2 when I adopted her. So I am experienced with providing medications and extra love and attention. I think Henry would really like to have a house guest- and so would I! Some notes about services: Dog sitting: For dog sitting, please note that I will need to have my dog, Henry, with me. Pick ups and drop offs: I am able to pick up and drop off pets. However, please let me know ahead of time so that I can make sure my schedule can work. Location and home: I live in the Avondale/Logan Square area. We visit the Logan Square Dog Park almost every day- although I try to visit a new one once a month to explore more. I live on the third floor of my building, so if your dog is over 25/30lbs and cannot climb stairs- this may not be a good fit. I so apologize for that, but I can only lift so much :) If your dog is not crate-trained and is a chewer- just let me know! I can accommodate, tempting chewable things like shoes can always be moved. Additional rates: If your pick up time is after 4pm on the last day, I will add a half day rate ($14).
