I am a dog walker/ sitter. I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have volunteered at a farm in Malibu known as Big Heart Ranch alongside SouthPark Doggie daycare. I eat plant-based because I see animals as human, I treat animals the way I’d treat family. This sort of job will allow me to see purpose in life and have enjoyment in doing what I love most: being with animals and being outdoors. Often I find inside jobs to be restrictive and it doesn’t feel like me. I’m happy to be responsible and be doing something I love all at the same time. I have a major in communication studies and a minor in holistic health, and these two areas combined can be of benefit when being gentle and patient with the animals. On my free time I practice asana as a teacher, and this allows me to control my everyday thoughts and freely work through situations with others. I look forward to spending as much time with animals as I can, and have many animal meditation projects in plan.
