Pet care experience
Hello there and let me give you an introduction towards my experience and me as a person👋 Experience wise I have raised over 45+ foster care animals in my family household growing up ranging from Pugs to Rottweilers to Great Danes to Belgian Malinoise to Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and many more breeds, have previously petsit for friends and family, and I also have professional experience from my previous job working at Country Estate Kennel in Shiloh for about half of a year as an Animal Technician. I am 19 years old and currently am doing online college at SWIC for Project Management for my Major and I am doing Online College through Yale University for my Connected Leadership certification to upgrade my business portfolio further🎓. My personal hobbies are Drawing/Designing clothing/jewelry/tattoo stencils, reading books(The Scythe series by Neal Shusterman is my favorite, with authors Dean Koontz and James Patterson as follow up favorites), studying different topics ranging from quantum physics to psychology to architecture to many other different subjects just for personal knowledge, growing garden vegetables and indoor plants ranging from lavender, chamomile, basil, lettuce and more, doing videography/photography, and more😁 I am experienced in dog bathing, low level grooming (brushing, combing, light trimming, removing matted fur/hair), and so forth. I am familiar with giving medication if your pet has that as a requirement, such as seizure medication, diabetic medication, and so forth. I also will give walks for each animal if preferred for free for your pet if you are booking me for house sitting, and lastly I also do trimming of nails as well. What else could you ask for from a pet sitter!?😁 I am glad to offer truly professional care, while maintaining a good relationship with my clients as I understand that our pets are like our children to us, and if they are to be under my care, I am to see them and take care of them as though they were my very own pets😌

Nick did an amazing job watching my dogs while I was away. He is very knowledgeable about taking care of dogs and that out my mind at ease when I was out of town. When I came home, my dogs and cat were completely calm as if I had only been gone for a few minutes instead of a few days.

When it comes to dogs, as much as I love and adore them, sadly I have not owned one since my sophomore year of highschool after my childhood dog Gabe passed away from Cancer. He lived to reach the age of 13, and was always happy and well taken care of. We made sure to properly feed him to keep him at a good BMI, made sure he went outside and got proper exercise by running around in the backyard or playing with toys together such as tug of war with rope. He was beyond well taken care of and spoiled. When it comes to your pet I would like to be told what behaviorisms and daily rituals they are familiar with in your household to make them most comfortable and what they're favorite activities are so I can make the most out of your pets experience in being taken care of and give them a safe and happy experience.

Let me know ahead of time about any need-to-know behaviorisms such as food guarding, dog aggressive behavior, happy tail, and so forth so I may be able to be fully prepared to properly provide for your pet, and ensure your pets and my safety. Also because of previous Clients under preparing which has caused issues for me before, please make sure all food, treats, leashes, harnesses, collars, and so forth are prepared before the booking happens please and thank you.
A typical day
With dogs I love giving them proper stimulation through running with them, playing fetch, tug of war, giving exercise stimulation through puzzle toys, light training with commands and so forth. I like to make sure that each and every pet is given the proper exercise and enrichment to bring out their full physical and mental potential. - With cats I like to figure out their specific interests, and then capitalize on them, whether it be using a red dot light for them to chase, using toys that stimulate their prey drive, and give them comfort and a stress-free environment while also having them interact with me and get their energy out.

Availability
I update my schedule regularly every few days, on days that I know I will be busy for over half of the day I will mark as unavailable. For pet sitting I set my schedule so on those days I can focus all of my efforts towards the care of your pet. For drop-ins and dog walking just ask if I'm available and if not, I'll gladly see what I can do with my schedule to meet your accommodations! My messages are welcome to anyone and if I'm unavailable at a specific time, I am always willing to see what I can do to fit you within my schedule!
