Pet care experience
I work at Accenture and live in Somerville with my fiancé. Mainly though I just miss hanging out with my dogs! I have grown up with three big dogs and love having them be part of my life. However since I’ve moved to Boston I now have no dogs and am hoping to increase that number a little bit by helping dog sit. I am somewhat flexible with my day and prefer walking dogs in the morning before the work day gets started. If you have a big dog who prefers a run I am happy to do that as well. I also can come to you and pick up dog from your house depending on location. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! As far as watching dogs when you are out of town I work fully remote so will be with your dog all day and can give them all the time and attention they need! My fiancé also grew up with dogs and is very excited to have the opportunity to see more dogs! Please let me know if you have any questions!

I love having Nick as a dog sitter! He schedules his days around my dogs' needs (including best times to walk them, give medication or feedings) and is truly content to just hang out with the dogs. He is attentive to their needs and always reports any changes in behavior to me to be sure they are doing well. He loves to be outdoors and is always happy to go on a walk or to a park with the dogs. 5 star service!!
Nick is an avid dog lover that grew up caring for and loving on three golden doodles. He has ample experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, and does well with matching dogs walks and exercise to their abilities. In addition to his love for dogs, playing, and walks; Nick has ample experience with meal times and medication management. I cannot think of someone more qualified to provide loving care to people's furry best friends.

I live with my fiancé in Somerville who also has grown up with dogs so we are both comfortable with making sure the environment is safe for dogs. We have no kids as well. We have the space if your dog prefers to sleep in a kennel to accommodate that as well.

A typical day
Given that I work from home we have a lot of opportunities to tailor the day to what makes your dog happiest! Usually I would start with a walk in the morning on the Somerville community path and then some resting at home while I am there. There is a great spot in the sun in my office! We can take more breaks throughout the day to just go sniff around the block or for a run. There is even a dog park within 5 minute walk if that is something your dog enjoys.

Availability
I am lucky enough to work fully remote job so that I can be with your dog all day! I also can take your dog for walks whenever is needed, even during the day. I have a small backyard for bathroom breaks and live very close to Somerville community path where I can walk the dogs!
