Future Veterinarian

Pet care experience

My passion is working with animals, I have an Australian Cattle & Dingo mix named Oliver, who we rescued from seattle humane a few years back, lost his home during hurricane harvey in Texas. For my high school senior project I built a dog park and agility course in my home town! Willing to travel most anywhere in Snohomish. Skagit, or King County. Working on building my business in the insurance industry, wanted to become a veterinarian initially but decided to build up savings before going back for vet school!

Nick was great with our pup while we were gone for a few days. Our dog was on a variety of meds and sometimes turns into a pickier eater as a result. Nick got him all the right meds at the right time, and got him to eat everyday which was amazing. The house was clean when we got home, with some extras (like having the trash out and plants watered) which was great! We could tell that Arlo was well taken care of and our house was as well.

2 weeks this time, of managing our home and pets. We are return clients and will continue to be. Nick goes above and beyond, and at our request, left our home as he found it. Nick is a super communicator, respectful, professional and organized.

We used Nick this past weekend to watch our four dogs in our house while we were out of town. They can be quite a handful sometimes so we were nervous to leave them with a new sitter. After meeting Nick and seeing how he interacted with the dogs we felt comfortable about leaving them in his hands. He also pictures and updates throughout the weekend which were great to get!

Nick came through for me at the last minute when someone else canceled, and my dog had a great time with him! He was communicative throughout the weekend, including pics and videos.

Each pet has its own personality, depending on the type of animal and activity required, I am more than happy to accommodate animals of high energy (like my dingo mix) or work with animals of low energy and making sure they are taken care of. I have had a previous black lab with separation anxiety so I know some pets just need a human companion to make them feel safe. Looking forward to getting to know you and your furry friends 💙

Information Nick R. would like to know about your pet

Is the animal known to be aggressive, protective, shy, rambunctious, lazy. All of these attributes require different levels of supervision and intervention/attention tactics. Is the animal good with other pets, humans, wild animals etc..

A typical day

Depending on the dogs required activity, typically I take dogs on long walks, hikes, or playing in the yard, occasionally with other dogs if approved beforehand by the owner.
