I have had a dog (or multiple dogs) for quite literally my entire life. I was born into a family with an Old English Sheepdog, and we adopted a Golden Retriever puppy before I turned five. We had a Bernese Mountain Dog for most of my teen years, which is when I started to take on more dog-related responsibilities, notably feeding and walking. Most recently I have fostered dogs on my own while still providing as much care as I can to my family's two rescued Pit Bulls. Furthermore, I have a lot of experience dog sitting for neighborhood friends and family members. Currently a bike courier, I'm versed in physical activity and can handle even the most energetic of animals. With a very flexible schedule and a strong enthusiasm for interacting with all kinds of animals, I know I can provide stellar care for your dog, or dogs.

Nick is a true dog person. I have two dogs (a Frenchie & an Aussie Cattle). My Aussie is very protective and usually doesn't warm up to men right away. But she LOVES Nick, as does my Frenchie. Animals can sense when someone is a good person they can trust. Nick is really great with my dogs and he's an extremely reliable, honest and caring person.
OMG! Nick LOVES dogs. (and cats!) He doesn't come to my house to see me, he comes to see my two dogs! And I know he does well with all types because one of mine is a big ole bulldog while the other is a rescue chihuahua. He's a responsible guy who will give yo' doggy lots of looooooove!~
Nick is so sweet with Dogs & Cats! He falls in love with any pet who cuddles up to him, and he’s taught me a few tricks for administering medicine and soothing anxious animals.
Nick has lived with dogs all his life, and he's got a big place in his heart for them. A lifetime of canine siblings has provided him with knowledge and a level of comfort that puts new dogs at ease. He loves playing with them, walking them, and just spending time chilling together. He has experience caring for the dogs of others on a daily basis, as well as a live in caregiver while all the humans are away. He's wonderful with them and comes highly recommended!!

I would like to know the general size and temperament of the dog. While I don't have any breed preferences, I need to know if I'm going to be dealing with a laid-back and cuddly lap dog or an energetic bear that outweighs me.
A typical day
Anything and everything the dog enjoys. A dog's energy is contagious, and their desire to walk, play, or explore will quickly become my own. For the comfort of the dog, I will always choose to walk in a neighborhood he or she recognizes if the option is available.
