Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Nick :) Ive been blessed to grow up with animals and have never missed the presence of a dog or cat at home! When I left for college I realized how therapeutic pets were, because I really felt something was missing without my cat. Her name is Moki and she's just an innocent old lady. Shes coming on 13 years old, and I've loved/cared for her since she was a kitten. So without her, I had a wonderful idea to get a dog! Her name is Molly, and she's my child of 4 years and has done so SO much for me. In college, I became the boarding guy for all of my friends :) I spent a few weeks taking care of my friend's 5-month-old lab while she was out of town and loved it! I also took care of a friend’s pit, german shepherd, and 3 cats to put me to the test haha! I would love to meet some new pets and care for them like my own! I really just love the experiences I have made with my animals! I look forward to providing a comfortable, safe, and fun environment with your furry family members!

Nick helped us with a new situation on one of our dogs and was very understanding to all my updates from the vet. He took extra time with both dogs to make them at ease while I had to work away from the house.

Nick is outstanding. Great rapport with both of my dogs, he is caring, attentive, professional in attitude and effective in meeting all the requirements of walking, monitoring, feeding and even ensuring that pet meds are taken. The rapport is what I led with because for me it’s very important that I feel the dogs trust him and will therefore come to him when he’s out with them and obey his commands. That is the case and so, I also trust him. And, therefore, I can honestly recommend him.

Me and my dog frequent different hiking trails, and especially like Shawnee Mission Park! So that is an option! I have no problem walking small to big dogs, as I have a chihuahua and a border collie, as well as experience with much bigger dogs. I will provide treats if wanted/allowed! And I really just want to make sure you and your pet are comfortable and happy!

Let me know if there are any tendencies or things I should be aware of ahead of time with your pet! Both of my dogs were rescued and incredibly anxious. I was able to get them both to come around and enjoy the pets :) Molly is a totally free spirit now! I will be very conscious of their energy and make sure they are as comfortable as possible! I would love to know what toys they enjoy! As well as if they are allowed a couple of treats!
A typical day
I love to go on trails, my favorite are at Shawnee Mission Park! I love to be active with dogs and get a workout for the both of us! But I also have my own very chill chihuahua, Josie. She's much more of an inside dog and I have wayyy too many toys for her to play with, so we never run out of excitement!
