Pet care experience
My wife, Jenn, and I have a 30 acre farm with mostly dogs, cats, and chickens. I have over 30 years experience being the primary caretaker of dogs, cats, all kinds of birds, goats, bees, calves, etc. We are well-equipped for many situations other caretakers may not be, given the flexibility we have with our land.

Nick was awesome and communicated with me after his visits and always responded to my text messages while I was out of town. My Beasley is kind of special and he took to him so that was great cause I wasn't sure how he would act around a stranger . So BIG yes I will use him again in the future.
Nick is absolutely amazing, you can tell he truly cares for animals and makes leaving your puppers a little easier. He gave us updates regularly, was very easy to contact and very flexible when it came to drop off and pick up times. He will definitely be our go to guy when it comes to using the Rover app!

While we have a 30 acre dog park, most of it is unfenced and we have free-range chickens. Not every animal will be a good fit for our farm, but if they get along with others and can refrain from eating my delicious chickens, they will get a ton out of staying here. All of our dogs are very cat-friendly! At 41 years old, all of my animals have lived happy lives to ripe old ages. We love our pets as if they were our children, and will show yours the same care.

Firstly, much of our acreage is unfenced. While we have kennels and fenced in areas, dogs who will stick around and play will get the most out of our land. We also have free-range chickens so please let us know if your dog will likely attack them and we can possibly keep them in the run.
A typical day
We have miles of trails on the Nolan River so hikes with a dip in the river or doggy pool occur multiple times per day. There are mountains of balls, toys, or furry things to chase if that's your thing! Or if you are looking for a more relaxing stay, lounging on the couch and getting treats and scratches, we have just the place.

Availability
I run an energy brokerage from home, and have a hard time sitting still. As I am almost always at the farm, most of my spare time is spent caring for my 3 year old daughter and our animals, leaving my ample opportunity to provide great care for yours here or at your home.
