Pet care experience
I’ve been around animals my whole life. I’ve raised my own dog and rabbit, fostered multiple puppies and dogs requiring medical care. I’ve learned that it is necessary to build a relationship with each animal I’ve cared for. Beyond providing the basics, I make the effort to build a bond with the pets I’ve been entrusted to watch. It’s easier for all involved when your pet trusts and feels safe - my goal is to make your pet feel completely at ease, even when they’re missing you.

I have known Nick for many years and would trust him to watch any of my clients. He is very responsible and trustworthy. He always follows through and is very dependable. His love for pets is unmatched and I would have him watch my own pets anytime.
Nick has been our go to dog walker. This week he helped us out when we were in a bind and needed some extra help.
Nock has helped care for our two dogs. They're rescues and can be particular about interactions with humans and other dogs. He did a great job of making sure they were comfortable with minimal stress while taking them out and about. He's easy to work with and communicates well.
Nick has taken exceptional, thorough care of our two large dogs who each have their own quirks and challenges. He is dependable, communicative and kind. We know he also has experience caring for foster dogs with complex medical needs. We trust him completely!

Whether I am providing scheduled walks and check-ins, or taking care of your pet long-term I will provide as much communication as you need. If that’s regular updates, pictures/videos, or the route we explored on our walk: no request will go unaddressed.

You know your pet best. Anything you can share with me about routines, what they like or don’t like is helpful. I always prefer a meet and greet to ensure everyone is comfortable.
A typical day
Every visit is focused on giving your pet the attention they deserve - whatever that may be. There’s no limit to the petting or scratches. If I’m caring for your dog, I’m always down for a long neighborhood walk. If you have a route that your dog loves, I’d love to keep them in their routine - or branch out if you’re comfortable. If your dog likes to stay close to home and catch up on the smells and scents, I’m happy to hang out while they do their business.

I’m a remote employee who works from home. My ability to control my schedule and work from anywhere affords me the unique flexibility to ensure your pets well-being and your peace of mind. Whether it was my family’s beloved dog, my own foster pets, or even a stranger’s dog in passing, I’ve always loved animals. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to leave your pet in the care of someone else - which is why I always take the utmost care and effort to ensure your best friend remains safe and happy, while keeping you in the loop during your time apart. Please note: there is a $15 key pick-up/drop off fee, per trip. For example, picking up and dropping off a key outside of the scheduled service is $30 as there are two round trips.
