Reliable, professional care
Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and have been walking, boarding and even training dogs for over 10 years. I love dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages. I can promise brisk walks, fun play time and of course belly rubs and cuddling. I live in North Quincy, near fields and beaches that offer great walks. My schedule is flexible so your dog will never be home alone for long. The couch and bed will never be off limits. For dog walking I’m available in Boston, Cambridge and Quincy and some surrounding areas. I have walked puppies and senior dog and everything in between. I have some experience in basic training and can help reinforce any commands you’re currently working on. Sadly my own dog passed in early 2022 so I do enjoy the company of furry houseguests I'm generally never way for more than 2 hours at a time (gym, grocery store, local dog walks I love to wake up and go for a walk along the beach first thing in the morning. We do have a fenced in yard for quick bathroom breaks if needed. The surrounding area is clean and quiet and perfect for longer walks. Dogs are allowed anywhere in my apartment, including the couch and bed
Reviews
Nick has been my go-to sitter for 3 years now and he is simply the best. Super responsive, patient, and takes the best care of my dog. Couldn’t recommend him more.
Nick was professional, easy going and welcoming to my fur baby. I appreciated the updates and pictures during Benny’s stay. Thank you for the TLC.
Nick took great care of our large Golden Mountain dog, Woolly and kept him busy with walks and playtime with other dogs. He was flexible with drop off and pick up, had excellent communication and shared a ton of pictures during Woolly’s stay. I’m pretty certain Woolly was sad to leave which is the best review! I’ll definitely use Nick again.
Nick was the highlight of our pitbull Louis’ week! We moved out of town and it will be hard to find a walker as reliable and kind as Nick.

Safety, trust & environment
I focus mainly on lots of walks (3 to 5 per day) for the dogs that stay with me. There’s also a decent sized fenced in yard for quick potty breaks or some off-leash playtime (weather permitting) Dogs staying with me are allowed anywhere in the apartment. I generally have blankets and cushions scattered throughout and I’ve pretty much accepted that the couch now belongs to the dogs! I often host multiple dogs (up to 3) at a time. I have gates available if I feel the need to separate dogs but this is very rarely the case. Most dogs come here and leave having made a new friend or two. I do tend to separate dogs at feeding times.

Information Nick C. would like to know about your pet
How does he/she get along with other dogs? Are there any other behavior issues I need to be aware of? How many walk does he/she need? Any restrictions/allergies to foods?
A typical day
The beach is less than a 15 minute walk away from my apartment and is a great place to walk dogs. There is also a football field with a track near me where we can play fetch and do some light running

Availability
We usually start with a longer walk first thing in the morning, another shorter walk or pee break mid morning 9/10am) and another walk around midday. I do some local dog walks in the area but I’m not usually gone for more than two hours at a time. We’ll do another longer walk in the late afternoon/early evening with a short walk or pee break before bedtime.
