Pet care experience
Hey y’all. I started my animal care journey when I was just a child at my grandparents house in rural Northeast Alabama. My grandfather used to raise and care for many hounds, my favorite were beagles, I would consistently feed, bathe, walk, and overall help care for the dogs. My grandmother would always have her small dogs in the house whom I would also help take care of. I have plenty of experience caring for so many dogs at once. I’ve always had at least 3 or more dogs in my life at any given moment. I couldn’t imagine not having any animals around me. I currently just have one precious dog in my life named Willow. She is a small breed that I got out of a rough situation and I’ve nursed her back to health. She’s my pride and joy. I’m so happy to be able to share that love with new animals that I meet in the future.

Nicholas was great! We are new users to Rover. We realized shortly before our trip that we had zero friends/family/acquaintances who were available to watch our dogs. We reluctantly sought out a perfect stranger! We were very worried at first. We scheduled a meet-and-greet and quickly felt relief. He is kind, respectful, and loves dogs! He took a lot of notes as we rattled off all of the things our dogs want and need. They’re spoiled. He kept us updated on the dogs and sent pictures of them while we were gone; he checked in with us at least a couple of times each day letting us know they were okay before we even asked. That was nice. It made us feel better. In summary: we were stressed and anxious, but Nicholas took great care of our five 50-100 pound pups! I would hire him again.
From the time I've known Nicholas, he's always been very privy towards animals. He's been very good to mine and always been there when I needed someone I could trust to watch them. Highly recommend
I lived with Nicholas for a few months and he really helped us out with our 2 dogs. Whenever we would go out of town and couldn’t take the dogs with us, I could count on him to take great care of them. He learned their schedules and my timid dog’s personality quickly. Nicholas is a gentle and caring guy you can count on for your pups!

My dog at home receives plenty of love and affection. We always take walks and trips to many parks and hiking areas. She even loves to go kayaking, with her super cute orange life vest of course. I have an incredible amount of patience and care when it comes to animals. Whatever they need is my top priority. I have a scheduled time for when my dog is feed and taken outside. She gets a bath every other week, unless she gets extra messy. Your sweet fur babies will be pampered and taken care of consistently.

Availability
As soon as I’m off work my dog and I usually go for a nice walk around my neighborhood. 2-3 times a week we go to the park to play in the creek and get some extra adventures in. I’m most of the time off of work at 12, but the latest is usually 2pm. I know my schedule 3weeks ahead of time however.
