Pet care experience
Dedicated and responsible pet care provider with years of experience as both a dog trainer and pet parent. I am the proud owner of both a Border Collie named Lola, and a Basset Hound named Duke, raising both since they were puppies. I offer an extensive background in behavioral training, focusing on loose leashed walking skills, command training, and socialization skills. I am comfortable and confident in my abilities to work with a wide variety of dogs ranging from small puppies to large senior dogs with special needs. As a former pet store manager and trainer, I am am also well versed in dog food nutrition and take pride in my commitment to pet safety. I am available most weekdays after 4PM and all day on weekends. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and hope to see you and your furry family member soon!

I’m not one to often leave comments or reviews for products or services however, I was highly impressed with the service I received by a young man named Nick. I began using Rover for quick dog walks when I couldn’t make it home on time to let my little man out. I have a small high maintenance chug; who can become a hand full if not taken out, brushed, or baby wiped a couple times a day. Noah my chug quickly became fond of Nick, because he gave him the attention a little prince demands. After observing how close the two have gotten and how Nick respected my wishes for Noah we proceeded on scheduling house sitting!
Nicholas has a way with animals, unlike anyone I have ever seen before. His ability to relate, train, and love all animals— especially dogs, is inspiring. I have a blind cat that he taught to play fetch. I trust him to care for my animals, my home, and my possessions. His trustworthiness paired with his love for animals makes him an excellent candidate for caring for your dog when you need a helping hand. He comes VERY highly recommended.
Nick is a fantastic worker who is truly passionate about animals. His knowledge of dog training techniques and focus on safety make me feel that Nick would be the best person to take care of your pet. Nick is reliable, responsible, and overall a great person.
