Pet care experience
Recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in statistics. I work full-time as a consultant but I often work remotely with flexible weekdays. I used to pet sit frequently in Fallbrook for a few family friends and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, I rode horses for about 5 years. During that time, I helped to take care of the horses (and dogs / cats occasionally) for the owner in exchange for riding lessons. I did this through 4H (a non-profit agriculture group) during which I also did dog training with my own dog. I was even able to work with one of the trainers in this group to help her train her border collies that she breeded / showed professionally. I later did some pet sitting for my mom's friends when needed and for my friend in Oakland who had a young Pitbull. I'm not in the best position right now to take care of my own dog full-time so any service I provide, I can fully guarantee that your dog will receive attention beyond expectation.

What can I say, Nick is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had. I first hired him years ago to take care of my swedish vallhund, Luci. Luci was a handful, but Nick never failed to execute his responsibilities with care, timeliness and good humor. He has helped me out on short notice on numerous occasions. I have known Nick since he was a little boy, and he has always had a love for animals. He has house-sat for us the past 4 vacations and each time has left our home in beautiful condition. We have 3 dogs and we don’t worry one bit if they’re under Nick’s care. He is kind, compassionate and dependable. You won’t go wrong with hiring Nick to take care of your fur babies!
Nick was able to take care of my dog Apollo at short notice on multiple occasions. You can tell that he loves dogs a lot and he made sure that everything was covered before I left. He also made sure to send me plenty of videos and pictures of Apollo while I was gone. Very trusted dog sitter!
Nicholas has always had a great love for animals. Dogs are especially special to him. He had a dog, Bailey, that he enjoyed for over 12 years to include walking and hiking with him. When he was younger Nicholas joined the Fallbrook 4H dog group and attended monthly meetings with Bailey to learn how to correctly walk and teach him to obey simple instructions on command. A decision to hire Nicholas to walk your dog would be a decision you would never regret.

I would just want to know any quirks the dog has (i.e. any types of breeds the dog is scared of I will be walking them, any particular activity the pet enjoys before going to bed). I have no breed preferences. I'v always loved larger dogs but I have spent most of my life around smaller dogs.
A typical day
I can walk the dog(s) locally for the owner or I can take the dog elsewhere in my car if preferred for an additional charge. I like to hike in Tilden and I jog a couple times per week. If the owner would like, I could incorporate their dog(s) into these trips.
