Ever since I was young, I have always had an adoration for caring for a pet. I was never allowed to have pets growing up, so I would find love in helping stray animals in need, such as cats, in my area. While I was in high school, I came across a stray cat with three newborn kittens, who soon later held the name Smoothie. I learned on my own how to care for newborn kittens and help them grow alongside their mother. Our time together was quite short, about 3 years of my life, but it made me realize how little I valued our time together. Growing up, I learned the hardships of caring and mourning for a pet at such a young age. However, it motivated me to help others make sure that the lives they spend with their pets don't get pushed aside. As of now, I still continue to care for stray cats and my chicken, Tenders!
