Pet care experience
I've been dog-sitting since I was 11 and am still in touch with the clients. Since then, neighbors, families, and mutual connections have trusted me to take care of their pets during daily visits and overnights.

I can’t remember the last time Niamh and I had a conversation that did not end up including her dog. She cares deeply for all animals and that is constantly shown in her actions and words. She has volunteered to watch my dog and many other pets in the past and does an amazing job, being a comfort to the pets and their owners. Niamh can absolutely be entrusted to be a pet caregiver, and having her in this role with benefit everyone involved, especially the pet!
Niamh is a true animal lover! She is excellent with my dog and treats him like her own. I know he’s getting the best possible care when she’s with him. She’s very dependable and easy to work with. I’m so glad to have found her and highly recommend her.

Since starting dog sitting, I've found that forming trust with clients is essential for everyone in the situation, myself, the owners, and the pets. I have a long experience in daily visits up to two weeks at a time per client and work closely with them to make sure I understand the pet's needs and interests. I have also found it helpful to meet with the clients and pets before hand, to get a sense of who is hiring me and to make sure it is a good fit.

A typical day
Since living in Boston, I have found great spots for dogs to socialize with both other dogs and people. Your dogs will get plenty of energy out on visits to the common dog park, walks around the city, and other exciting places. While in Plymouth, there are plenty of great places to get out into nature with your dog, get their energy out, and bond with them
