Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a 22 year old student attending UMass Amherst majoring in Environmental Science. I grew up with pets, so I have a lot of personal experience with walking, feeding, and caring for them in other ways! Owning dogs has allowed me to gain the most knowledge about their care, but I also have experience looking after cats as well. I have reliable access to a car and am vaccinated and boosted. Whether you need a regular walker or a one time check in on your pet, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Niamh would be an amazing dog sitter because she has experience. She has two wonderful dogs and their safety and happiness is always her first priority. Furthermore, she knows what to do in situations when dogs aren’t listening which is an extremely valuable skill to have. Not only does she have experience caring for dogs, but also for other animals as she worked at the Franklin Zoo as a teen ambassador for many years. Niamh is hard-working and gives all her effort for every task presented to her. She is also able to handle the different personalities of dogs as she’s been exposed to them from not only her current dogs, but past dogs as well as my own dog, who at times can be very disobedient. With her experience, knowledge, determination and love for all animals (but especially dogs), Niamh would truly be an amazing dog sitter/caregiver.
