Pet care experience
I've had over 10+ years of experience caring for fur babies! In fact, I grew up in a household with 2 Shih Tzu Terrier mixes; named Diva (who passed in 2015) and Coco (who passed in late -2019). They both brought me so much joy! When I found out they were sick, I was in complete shock but I was quickly able to adapt to their new needs and ensure they were administered their oral medications and topicals. Our favorite things to do were going on evening walks, playing catch in the park, and getting nonstop belly rubs while we watched movies together. Even though I currently do not have another fur baby, I definitely have plenty of love to give to yours. We'll go for walks around your neighborhood or we can venture out to a park on some days (if you're comfortable with that). Overall, my ultimate goal is make sure you and your baby feel safe with me and ensure they have a fantastic time while you're away! Lastly, while my dogs were very small dogs in size, I've also had plenty of opportunities to care for larger dogs and can assure you that they will be properly taken care of. We had Nia drop by twice a day to help take out our 17 yr old dachshund for potty breaks. She was always on time, very professional, and extremely communicative. She also sent lots of photos to let us know how things were going. We will be looking to have Nia do drop-in visits in the future and overnight stays.
Nia was incredibly professional, caring, polite and genuinely cares about animals and people. I would trust her implicitly with housesitting or pet sitting! Nia is a gem.

At this time I am not offering boarding services in my home. However, when in your home I first make sure that we are all comfortable before I provide services - this is typically done during a meet and greet. During the meet, I can gather details on your pet (i.e. behaviors, favorite walking routes, feeding routines, and any medications) and answer any questions you may have. From there, if we are a good fit for each other then the service will be booked. Continuous updates are provided throughout all services to put your mind at ease - this may include texted check ins, photos, and videos.

I merely ask that you advise me of the following about your dog(s): - is your dog trained - how is their behavior (are they aggressive around other people or dogs; are they destructive ... etc.) - do they have their shots and are they taking flea medication - do they take any other medication(s)
A typical day
House Sitting: I will come to play with your baby in your home all day - this will also include feeding, walking, frequent potty breaks, and even bathing them (for an extra charge). Dog walking: I will come to your home to walk your dog within your neighborhood to give them some fun in the sun. This will also include a restroom break (if they choose to go during this time). If you have a favorite spot to walk to please let me know. Drop ins: I will drop by your home to ensure that your baby is doing good while you're away. This will include short playtime, feeding, cleaning up waste (if any), and bathing for an extra fee.

Availability
At this time, I am only working Monday through Thursday - generally from midnight to 4am and then 11am -2pm. However because it is a remote position, I am still pretty flexible to provide the love and attention your pet needs.
