I really hate having to leave this review. To be fair, we were Nevine’s first Rover clients, and she was able to house sit on very short notice while we went out of town. We have a 6 month old puppy that needs to be watched closely and let out frequently. The puppy was clearly not watched well and some personal items that hold quite a bit of sentiment to me (and others that are not sentimental but will need replacing) are chewed to hell. We came home to a filthy crate, our dog was made to sit in her urine soaked kennel for the entire weekend. Our puppy’s behavior is entirely different than before we left for the weekend (going potty inside, going down to the basement where she knows she is not allowed), which suggests to me that she was not given proper attention or care whatsoever. Nevine had a guest over in our home without asking us or notifying us in any way. I’m really disappointed that I have to leave such negative feedback because Nevine seemed very kind and responsible and eager to help out at such short notice, but I see no other alternative.
