I've owned dogs, cats, and horses all my life. I tend to fall into the pet sitter position with ease. I own my own dog, a husky mix, and am looking for more opportunities to get out and walk other dogs as exercise is key for animals.

I have a fenced in yard, ensuring my dog doesn't get out, with a large bucket of water and even now a pool for him to stay cool in. The dog door helps him get out of the heat and the A/C in the house stays on throughout the day to ensure his comfort.

I love dogs, but I do want to know ahead of time if the dog is shy, easily scared or what triggers the dog may have.
A typical day
Currently I take my dog on minimum 2 walks a day, depending on what is happening with everything weather wise and schedule wise. My dog is highly active, and requires at minimum one walk a day and I'll play with him in the back yard. He's currently rehabbing from being attacked a few months ago so emotionally he's struggling with leaving the property and only goes so far unless I have another person with me.

Availability
I currently work my own schedule as a social services workers, so I have a flexible schedule, mainly working between 9 and 5, with time in between sessions to relax and take my own dog out, so I have plenty of opportunities to help others with theirs who have less flexibility.
