Pet care experience
As your pet sitter, I promise to treat your pet like they're my own furry child. I love spending time with dogs because of their great energy and the unconditional love they provide. I want to give back to these special animals, and to the people that love them so much! I am currently a dog walker for dogs in Waltham. I work mostly with individual dogs as most of our clients are very fearful or aggressive towards other dogs. I've been a dog lover my entire life. I grew up with three Bernese Mountain dogs in Colorado and once I moved to Massachusetts I took care of a friend's Pitbull for 5 months. I have been unable to have my own dog and love and care for others pets as if they were my own. Looking after other people's animals fills the dog-shaped hole in my heart. I'm so excited to meet you and your dog. Please let me know what I can do to make their stay with me as fun as possible!

Nellie is awesome! We left our precious fur baby, Luna, with Nellie for over a week - by far the longest we’d been away - and Nellie gave Luna so much love in our absence. Always sending lots of notes and pictures and helping ease our paranoid puppy parent hearts and minds. The best!
Super. 2nd time our dog Alba has stayed for over a week. At the end of the stay, it was obvious that our dog was not anxious to leave when she realized Nellie was going back in without her. She even sat down and just looked rather plaintively at her door! Alba was in great shape and again seemed more toned than when I left her. A+ for peace of mind.
Nellie made my somewhat reticent dog feel very comfortable right away during our meet and greet visit. She even made homemade baked treats for her while we were away for over a week. My dog, Alba, while happy to see me was not super anxious to leave as is usual after any boarding experience. She seemed that she would have been rather content to stay. Nellie sent pictures reflecting Alba's time outdoors and Alba does seem more toned from the extra exercise. Will have to keep that up for her! While Alba does not have this problem, if you have a dog with bad joints/poor eyesight, Nellie's place has an elevator to eliminate any stairs. Highly recommend!
