I have cared for dogs of all size's, I love dogs so much, and know that they’re part of the family, and are to be treated with care and respect. I will stay at your home, give the impression that your house is occupied, perform security checks as needed, rotate lights and blinds/curtains, water plants if needed, collect mail/newspapers, take out/bring in garbage & recycling. Most importantly, I will feed, water, play with, walk, cuddle, and love your fur babies!

Nellie took phenomenal care of our dog Newton, and our home. We were nervous about going on vacation because we hadn’t left our dog with anyone after a back surgery but Nellie instilled so much confidence. She was a great communicator throughout the process, sent lots of pictures, and seemed to really love our dog! She even found his raincoat and put it on him when it was rainy outside! We are so glad we have a trusted neighbor who will treat our dog so well.
It was Nellie’s first time meeting Newton and I think they are going to be great friends! So thankful to have such a thoughtful friendly neighbor to take care of Newton!

When dog walking I will come to your house and get your dog(s) and walk them on leash around the neighborhood, local beach or park. When dog sitting I’ll come to your house and stay the night when needed, and I’ll take dogs out to “take “care of business” and play if you have a fenced in backyard, if you don’t have a fenced in yard, I’ll take your dogs(s) out for a walk on leash so they can go potty and get some exercise. I’ll also feed play and cuddle your dogs at your home.

I always like to meet with dogs and their owners before I start. I do this so I can get to know you as the owner, and of course your pet(s) I’ll be caring for. I want to know the size, breed, energy level, age, if there is a medical condition I need to care for, do they get along with other dogs, and do they behave well with a leash on walks. I don't have any breed preferences, because I don't want to discriminate certain breeds because of some cases of wrongful breeding and abuse.
A typical day
When I stay with your pet(s) we will have so much fun! We will go on walks in the park, or around the neighborhood. We will also play fetch, play with their favorite toys, and don't forget about cuddling! I love to take walks around Green Lake, Golden Gardens, around your local neighborhood.

Availability
I am working part time and living in Ballard, so I’ll have plenty of time in the morning and afternoon to walk, feed, cuddle, and play with your pups before and after work, and will spend the night if needed when I’m house sitting. I am also free all day on weekends.
