cannot recommend Neil enough!! my corgi, Archie, can be quite high maintenance, so we were nervous at the thought of dropping him off for a day while I was at work and moving between apartments. but from the moment Neil met us at the door Archie, was SO happy and comfortable. Neil sent lots of photos throughout the day, was very responsive & took excellent care of our (very picky) pup. Archie was even walked and ready for bed by the time we got home. He was so sad to leave his new friend! we will certainly be in touch again!!

Bueller stayed at Neil's home for 3 nights and overall it was a positive experience. Neil was extremely communicative and personable as we set up the booking and we had a lovely pre-visit meet up where we walked Bueller and talked about his needs for the stay. Throughout the booking, Neil sent many photo updates which I really appreciated, and he was so polite and courteous. I did notice that the photos showed Bueller was left in his harness while inside. I did mention that I thought he would be more comfortable out of it, but to be fair I said it in a kind of roundabout way and I probably should have been more direct! Neil agreed to take him out of the harness right away, though I did notice in most of the photo updates after that point (a couple days) he was still in it inside the house. Previous sitters (friends and strangers) have not mentioned having issues with getting him in and out of the harness so I don't think it's an issue of him not being able to be handled by people who aren't me, but I am open to knowing if that is the case so I can be more forthcoming with his needs to future sitters so both Bueller and those watching him are comfortable! Bueller came home fed, safe and well cared for so that is the most important thing!
