It's possible I've never met someone who loves dogs as much as Neil does! He grew up with dogs and had his own all through college. However, his current work life (inconsistent travel from week to week) keeps him from being able to get his own dog, so he's got a lot of pent-up puppy love to give to your beloved pet! Neil is a very firm but loving pet caregiver and can handle a wide variety of discipline levels.
