Since I was a kid, I have loved dogs. It wasn't until two years ago that I was able to not just take care of others' dogs, but my own amazing Australian Shepard mixed breed son! We rescued our dog Banjo and our family hasn't been the same since. I have always helped friends, neighbors, and family members with their dogs, and have never had a one, large or small, that I haven't connected with in a short period of time. I have two teenage girls who I am very close with, but Banjo is the beautiful son I have never had. I am a caregiver by nature. I have my own counseling practice and have been a social worker for 20 years. Dog care is an extension of that passion and care for all beings.
